MCJonkmanBV is a Dutch law firm based in Amsterdam, and associated with the lawfirm Flexadvocaten. Flexadvocaten is a new association of experienced lawyers. Our philosphy is that legal services often more expensive than they should be, caused by unnecessary overhead that the client pays for.

We break with this tradition. We invest in what we think really matters to our clients: in knowledge, and in flexible and innovative ways to enhance our productivity and quality. We offer quality legal assistance at affordable prices and on clear conditions. Our tariff is 150 Euro on an hourly basis.

Our areas of expertise are real property law, labour law, contract-law, and ligitation.

We assist foreign lawyers, companies and individuals anywhere in the Netherlands. The same laws apply throughout the Netherlands, and any lawyer in the Netherlands can start proceedings in any court in the Netherlands.
